Today I share the third part of the Ted Talk that I gave on the main stage of SIL - Portugal Real Estate Show and which had the title: The Power of Transparency: Inside the Mind of a Technological Entrepreneur.

This time I focus essentially on explaining the vision that I have, we have, for the real estate market and on explaining in a simple way the different phases of the most disruptive technological project in Portugal in the real estate market:

1st Phase
Digitalization - 2024
Objective: Market reconciliation.
Consequence: 30-40% savings in operating costs.

2nd Phase
Automation - 2025
Objective: Reinvention of markets.
Consequence: Higher Liquidity.

3rd Phase
Tokenization - 2027
Objective: Creation of New Markets.
Consequence: New Revenue Sources.
