Imagine a more transparent, efficient and secure way of making any contract for the lease and/or purchase/sale of any property, with due legal value.

If you need credit, the process will be almost automatic, re-using all the information, which you had already wasted time aggregating, in an intelligent and automatic way.

This would be a case of a Ricardian contract.
