A new way to create liquidity without compromising your future or freedom.
This time, the focus of this part of my Ted Talk on SIL - Portugal Real Estate Show is in the Tokenization of Real Estate Assets.
This topic is both interesting and complex at the same time.

While there are regulatory restrictions, there are many legal ways for everyone, including mediators, to profit from Unlockit in the medium term in ways they never imagined.
We are developing new business models applied to:

- Small/medium-sized real estate projects

Imagine this scenario:
1. Rafael, a real estate broker, launches a property rental program with a purchase option,
2. Defines that a percentage of the monthly rent must be accumulated as a credit for the purchase of the property in a period to be defined by both.
3. Tenants have the option of buying the property after 5 years, using the accumulated credit as part of the payment of the agreed total amount.
Or this one:
1. Valentina is a real estate entrepreneur who started a new project to build an apartment building in a prime and premium area of Lisbon.
2. It defined an alternative to seek other financing mechanisms through “Automated dividend distributions” for investors.
3. It defined the ability to buy and/or sell “interests” in the building to anyone who is interested, in a manner compatible with current regulations and in a totally legal manner.
Like these 2 cases, I would immediately get 98 more. Without great cognitive effort.
In this context, Unlockit aims to create a trust and decentralized ecosystem, contributing to a revolution in the Portuguese real estate market, adding value for the entire market, without exception, and for everyone involved in any real estate transaction.
