Blockchain technology has been widely adopted in various sectors, and the real estate sector is no exception. The traditional property rental process does not guarantee trust between the parties, uses insecure communication channels, and forces participants who are not familiar with the process to enter into contracts.

Blockchain technology emerges as a solution to simplify the traditional property rental process. This work proposes the use of Blockchain oracles to address maintenance issues and automate the payment of rents. These two systems are introduced in a simple blockchain-based property rental platform.
