Invitations for Contracts, Processes, and Organization Members

In the last update we shared with you, we showed you how to invite signers through WhatsApp and native sharing.

Now, we have even more sharing channels available:

• Email,
• Barcode,
• Telegram, and
• Direct sharing of the hyperlink.

We also provided this functionality in Processes and Organizations.

Search by Registered Signer

When you add an external signer, you'll know if the user already has an Unlockit account or not.

If you have, at this time, you will only have access to the user's name, but soon other data, such as the telephone number or identification document number, will also already be associated with the account in question and may be reused in an invitation to a contract.

Consumption Table

We have implemented improvements to the “Consumption” feature, and you can now see the credits and debits in your wallet, as well as the quota consumption included in the subscription.

You can also filter by the dates of the actions and by the products.

New roles for Process participants

Now, you have more options for the roles of Process participants, differentiated for Purchase and Lease Processes.

Improvements in email communications

We have made some changes to the communications we send you by e-mail, including new fields that will allow you to obtain more information about the contract or process in question.

We highlight changes to the document management communication flow, where we will send a single e-mail to request approval of documents when a process for “Document Approval” or “Entry Approval” is passed to members of the organization with that permission. The manager of the process in question will also be notified.

Finally, we have even improved the invitation emails for your customers, for a simpler and more pleasant experience.
