If you're watching this video, it's because you need to sign a document from an Unlockit partner agency or agent.

Click the link in the email you received and log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you need to create one, with the email address where you received the invitation. If you need help with this step, see the tutorial “How to register with Unlockit”.

You will then be redirected to the contract and must click the “Sign” button in the top bar.

In the case of a qualified signature using the Digital Mobile Key, you must fill in the usual fields, such as the reason and place of the signature and the commitment of the same, and proceed to the validation, where you will enter your mobile phone number and the PIN associated with the CMD to finalize the signature. You will then receive a code via SMS or through your GOV Authentication app that you must enter to complete the signature.

In the case of a signature that qualifies with Video, you must prepare your document and use a device with a camera. You will have to show the document on video, and also show your face to the camera at a later stage. This signature is manually validated by our service provider, normally within 5 minutes, but can take up to 30 minutes. We ask that you do not close the signature window until it is validated.

Finally, in the case of an advanced signature, you only have to enter the code received by SMS to sign.

With Unlockit, you don't have to travel to sign contracts - you just need a cell phone or computer with internet access, and in just a few minutes the contract will be signed! Once all signatories have completed their signature, you will be notified and you can transfer the contract.
