As you know, signatures qualified with a Digital Mobile Key have the same legal validity as a notarized handwritten signature. Therefore, you can select this type of signature for any contract, as long as the citizen in question has the digital Mobile Key activated.
To invite a signer to sign with the Digital Mobile Key, all you have to do is:
- Fill in your personal details
- Make sure that you enter the cell phone number and email address that are associated with the digital Mobile Key
- Enter the first 8 numbers of the correct citizen card to ensure that the signature is validated correctly
Once the contract is submitted for signature, the signer will receive an email with the contract link. Note that, if he does not yet have a registration with Unlockit, he will have to do so (you can share with him the tutorial “How to register with Unlockit”).
Once they click “sign”, the signer will have a window where they must fill in some context (reason and place) and also which one or more of the commitments of the signature, as always with signatures with a Digital Mobile Key.
Then, you must enter your mobile number and the PIN associated with the CMD to finalize the signature. Finally, you will receive a code via SMS or through your GOV Authentication app that you must enter to complete the signature.
You can also share the tutorial with your client “Customer Signature Experience” to facilitate the process.
